About the course
By studying psychology you will gain insight into motivations, thought processes, the influences of groups you interact with and many other aspects of human behaviour which will all help you gain a better understanding of yourself and others. We explore a wide variety of topic areas from memory to schizophrenia, relationships and aggression. From intriguing studies that reveal the inner workings of the brain to shocking experiments that expose how far people will go to obey an authority figure, there is always something astonishing to learn about the human mind and behaviour.

You will have 3 written exams in the summer of year 13
Each exam will be 2 hours in duration
Each exam is worth 33.3% of your A-level
All exams will be a mixture of short and long-mark questions
